Quantitative analysis of the amino acid composition in solids, mixtures and solutions according Stein & Moore*

PANATecs provides a broad spectrum of methods on sample preparation and quantitative amino acid analysis.

This allows us to apply amino acid analysis to many different fields. We continuously develop new methods in collaboration with our customers. 

The areas of application of quantitative amino acid analysis include:

           •    Determination of the peptide content of

                synthetic peptides after acid hydrolysis

           •    Determination of the free amino acids in

                physiological fluids - this includes clinical issues,

                such as the diagnosis of phenylketonuria          
           •    Monitoring of metabolic processes in

                cell based experiments

           •    Monitoring of neurotransmitters

                (e.g. GABA or glutamate)

           •    Studies of food and food supplies

           •    Quality control in the cosmetic industry

           •    Confirmation of data obtained with

                other analytical methods
