Efficient analytical solutions to determine posttranslational modifications of asparagine residues in proteins

Deamidation is one of the most frequent posttranslational modifications of biopharmaceuticals and other active substances. This can influence the activity of biological drugs and is therefore important in protein analysis.

The determination of the deamidation rate and identification of the related deamidation position is important.
